Information we collect

We collect contact, company, property, service, inspection, approval, and account information needed to administer the program.

Account, payment, and security information

We use account information to provide secure member access and protect against unauthorized use. Payment processing is provided through the payment service identified during checkout; payment details are handled under that provider’s terms and privacy notice.

Workforce records

For employees and contractors, protected records may include identity and contact information, employment classification, compensation, timekeeping, onboarding progress, benefit decisions, tax and work-authorization documents, training records, and payroll or accounting history. Workforce files are restricted to the individual worker and authorized ownership or management personnel.

How we use it

Information is used to respond to requests, administer memberships, schedule and document work, communicate about service, manage lawful workforce obligations, prepare payroll and accounting records, and protect the system.

Separate company records

PavementCare365 LLC and Driftless Sealcoating & Striping LLC maintain separate employing-company ledgers. Workforce information is assigned to the employing company shown in the worker’s record and is not treated as interchangeable between the companies.

Service providers and retention

Information may be shared with the applicable employing company, approved service providers, payroll or accounting providers, and technology providers only as reasonably necessary. Employment records are retained according to applicable legal and legitimate business requirements. We do not sell personal information.

Security and your choices

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet system can guarantee absolute security. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to legal, contractual, security, and record-retention requirements.

Updates to this notice

We may update this notice as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
