Yes. The initial site condition review, Pavement Health Score™, photo documentation, maintenance timeline, and membership recommendation are provided so you can understand where the property stands before deciding whether to join.
Yes. PavementCare365™ was created and is powered by Driftless. PavementCare365™ administers the memberships and property records, and Driftless is the founding field-service provider.
No. Monthly membership prices are public, but service pricing and property-specific information are available only to authorized members and staff. Any customer-paid amount is shown for approval before work proceeds.
It helps pay for eligible approved preventive maintenance. The allowance is earned through the membership and applied before any authorized customer-paid balance.
We document the condition, explain the recommended priority, apply available allowance, and obtain any required customer approval. The completed work is then added to the property record.
Yes. Twenty-five percent of unused annual credit rolls into the reserve, up to a reserve cap equal to one annual allowance. Unused reserve ends when the membership ends.
No. Major paving, reconstruction, engineering, drainage correction, and other nonstandard capital projects receive a separate proposal.
PavementCare365™ serves commercial properties across Wisconsin, eastern Minnesota, and northern Iowa. Property fit, active service availability, and scheduling are confirmed during the assessment process.
